This Surface Preparation Pad provides aggressive deep scrubbing performance while leaving a smooth surface for re-coating application. Requires only neutral cleaner or water to effectively remove floor finish, reducing the need for chemical strippers. A floor maintenance deep scrubbing pad made of nylon fiber in an open-textured, nonwoven construction. This product is used with neutral cleaner or water to remove layers of soiled or damaged floor finish without the slippery surface and harsh chemicals associated with standard floor strippers. Unique abrasives and construction scuffs surface to create optimal bonding of finish while diffusing scratches and conforming to uneven surfaces. Designed to remove soiled top layers of floor finish using water or neutral cleaner instead of harsh stripping chemical. For use on finish-coated flooring such as wood, sheet vinyl, vinyl tile, marble, terrazzo or concrete. Exacting manufacturing standards deliver thickness uniformity from edge to edge and pad to pad, resulting in consistent performance without pad wobble or machine vibration. Precise center-hole placement and roundness of the pads also contributes to the smooth operation which extends pad life and may help reduce operator fatigue.
